CAMOGIE: Leinster Final To Be Double Header With Galway vs Laois Hurling

THe Leinster Camogie Council have confirmed that this year’s senior final will played as a double header with the senior hurling clash between Galway and Laois.

That game is fixed for Sunday, 14th May and will be played in MW Hire O’Moore Park, Portlaoise.

It’s the fourth provincial final this year confirmed to be a double header with the GAA after Leinster football and both Munster camogie and football.

Leinster Camogie and Leinster GAA are delighted to announce that the 2022 Leinster Senior Camogie Final will be played as a double header with the Leinster GAA Senior Hurling Championship fixture of Galway V Laois. These games will be played on Saturday 14th of May at MW Hire O’Moore Park, Portlaoise.

Leinster GAA and Leinster Camogie have previously collaborated on the Provincial Poc Fada competition and today’s agreement enhances this strong relationship.

I would like to thank Leinster GAA Chairperson Pat Teehan and CEO Michael Reynolds for ensuring this double header has been agreed and I know it will be greatly appreciated by the players and counties who will be involved in our final.
