Leinster champions Dublin have turned top of the pile, followed by Munster champions Cork, Kerry and Mayo.
Mayo (4th) and Antrim (20th) are the biggest movers going up two places each; while there are also gains for Dublin (1st), Cork (2nd), Waterford (7th), Tyrone (14th), Kildare (16th), Roscommon (18th), Leitrim (24th) and Offaly (26th).
