Chloe Miskell scored a 12th minute goal while player of the match Olivia Divilly contributed five points in an all-round display.

It was the Galway side’s first ever title and they first for the county in 39 years.

Kilkerrin/Clonberne’s defence were solid throughout the hour with corner back Chloe Costello lauded for her efforts.
