A former Mayo All-Ireland winning captain thinks the green and red have the ability to challenge for this year’s Brendan Martin Cup.

Hollymount’s Christina Brennan, who captained her county in 2002, was part of the launch for this year’s TG4 competitions along Armagh’s Mags McAlinden, Cork’s Judith Mulcahy and Dublin’s Sinead Aherne.

She joined SportsDaz’s Darren Kelly to talk about memories from Mayo’s golden period when they won four All-Irelands between 1999 and 2003, the credentials of the current crop, and also how difficult life has been working with the HSE during the COVID-19 pandemic.
